By accessing or using CorpOps.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service. You explicitly accept these Terms by checking the acceptance checkbox during registration.

CorpOps.ai provides an automated Infrastructure Health Score for AWS accounts. It deploys a read-only IAM role via CloudFormation into your AWS account, runs 200+ checks across security, reliability, cost, maturity, performance, and sustainability dimensions, and returns a 0-100 score with prioritized recommendations.

• You must own or have authorization to scan any AWS account you submit.
• You are responsible for deploying and removing the CloudFormation stack in your account.
• You must not attempt to scan accounts you don't own, reverse-engineer the scanner, or abuse the service.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.

• Free Tier: 1 scan per month. No credit card required.
• Pro: €25/month — 10 scans/month, 3 accounts, full reports, email alerts.
• Business: €89/month — unlimited scans, 10 accounts, API access, priority support.
• Enterprise: Custom pricing — 50+ accounts, SSO, white-label reports, custom domain, audit log export. Priority email support. Contact us.

Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscription renews automatically. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds within 7 days of charge.

By registering for an account, you consent to receive our monthly newsletter and product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time through your account settings or via the unsubscribe link in each email.

The Service is provided "as is." The Infrastructure Health Score is an AI-generated assessment — it is not a security audit, compliance certification, or guarantee. CorpOps.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

CorpOps.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The scanner runs inside your AWS account — only score results and metadata are sent back to CorpOps.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via dashboard Settings or by using the contact form.

We'll notify you of material changes to these Terms via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Vilnius, Lithuania.
